Terms of Service

Learner's Progression is a tool owned by NoDoM LLC and licensed for use by Community Regional Charter School (CRCS). By signing in, you agree to the following:

1. Authorized Use

This system is for authorized CRCS learners, facilitators, and staff only. Unauthorized access is prohibited.

2. Data Privacy

All learner data is protected under FERPA. No personally identifiable information is shared externally. Demonstration content submitted for AI scoring is processed without learner-identifying information.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and system design is the property of NoDoM LLC. Reverse engineering, redistribution, or unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

4. Acceptable Use

Users agree to use this system for its intended educational purpose. Misuse, including submission of inappropriate content, may result in access revocation.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine.
